This is because sometimes the settings, or cookies/cache, within a certain browsing application can interfere with your view of our site, and some browsers support our platform better than others. 


Switch Devices. If you are using a hand-held device, such as a phone or tablet, and are experiencing difficulties, you may want to switch to a desktop or laptop computer. Even though our site does support hand-held devices, some actions work best on a regular computer. 


Wait 30 Minutes. Most updates to your account or resume will take about 30 minutes to show on our site. If you wait the full time, but still do not see your changes appearing, then you may want to switch browsers or clear your cookies/cache.
