To view the resumes for the applicants who have applied to your position on our site, follow these steps:


  1. Login to your ChurchStaffing account.
  2. Select the 'Employers' option in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  3. Hover your mouse of the 'My Account' option in the toolbar and choose the 'My Applicants' option in the drop-down menu. 


Here you will see a list of the job seekers who have applied to your job posting. To view their profile on our site, click on their name on the left. If the job seeker has made their resume available for download, you will be able to download it by clicking on the downward arrow to the far right. (If none of your applicants have made their resume available for download you will not see this option.)
