If you are running into Recaptcha issues while registering your Employer Account:
We recommend switching the browsing information (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) to resolve this issue
If a flag pops up saying "This Username/Email is already taken":
Check the upper righthand corner of the page. If your name appears saying "Logout (Your Name)" then you have successfully registered your account. Simply select "My Account" in the toolbar to access your account page.
If the flag comes up, but you haven't finished typing the username or email address, keep going! It might go away when you finish typing.
If your name is not appearing in the upper right-hand corner of the page as stated above:
Please send the email address/the first and last name for the account to Support@ChurchStaffing.com, and we would be happy to resolve this issue for you.
